PROPS FOR MAGIC THE GATHERING ADVERT

Bespoke fantasy props created for the filming of the latest Magic: The Gathering – Gather Your Greatness advertising campaign, produced in our Manchester based workshop.

Two hero props were designed and fabricated for the commercial shoot: Teferi’s Staff and Vivien’s Ark Bow. Each piece was individually hand sculpted before being professionally hard coated, painted, and weathered to achieve a cinematic, screen-ready finish suitable for high-definition filming and close-up camera work.

Specialist textile detailing was incorporated to enhance authenticity and visual impact, including a custom fabric wrap for Teferi’s Staff and a premium Nappa leather grip fitted to Vivien’s Ark Bow. Combining traditional prop-making techniques with durable finishing processes, these bespoke props were engineered to meet the creative and technical demands of commercial video production and broadcast media.
