A range of tableware produced for the 2 Rosette Etrop Grange, WineGlass Restaurant. Materials used as a model maker were reclaimed or found pine and meranti wood used to complement the game dishes that were to be served on them such as wood pigeon. All pieces are individual and retain details such as bark and signs of branches while being fully washable and able to stand up to the rigours of a working kitchen.
