HOT WHEELS - ULTIMATE CHALLENGE KEYS

Custom gold prop car keys produced for the NBC television series Hot Wheels: Ultimate Challenge, designed for use as high-quality on-screen hero props in a broadcast production environment.

A total of 10 matching prop sets were fabricated, each including a Hot Wheels–style keyring, replica car key, and custom colour-matched ball chain. All components were digitally designed using professional 3D modelling software and produced using ultra high-resolution 3D printing technology to achieve precise detail suitable for close-up filming.

Each prop was meticulously hand-finished, primed, and base-coated before undergoing a specialist gold-effect metallisation process to create a premium, screen-ready metallic finish. A final clear coat ensured durability under studio lighting and repeated handling during filming.

These bespoke TV props were engineered to meet the demands of television production, combining visual accuracy, durability, and consistency across multiple copies—ideal for use in game shows, branded content, and broadcast media.
