left me with some time to reasess what direction to head into. While I adore making work and dont think anything will ever stop me, I missed the collaborative nature of art College, and the inspiring buzz of making things with other creatives around.
Nearly two years ago I completed a fashion make-up course at Glauca Rossi's School of Make-up, and since then have been doing lots of testing to practise my trade and build up a portfolio to be proud of.
I love the environment of working on a photographic shoot, the way everyone works as a team and feeds inspiration off each other, it can get really exciting! Make-up inspires me as a creative tool, I love playing with color and using it to bring out the features of someones face. Its amazing the way eyebrows and shading can seem to change someones whole bone stucture in a very sculptural way. For me the most important thing about makeup is that it compliments the model and their features in a positive or interesting way. I Hope to meet more inspiring people and create inspiring work.
